Move-in / Move-out
Our move-ins and move-outs are always a deep clean. Our goal is to wipe out any traces of the previous owners’ living habits. Leaving a clean home to the next tenants is a consciously kind service to provide.
What a move-in/move-out clean entails:
- Deep clean of all bathrooms
- Deep clean of kitchen
- Interior and exterior of all cabinetry (bathroom/kitchen) cleaned to perfection
- All appliances cleaned inside and out, including hood fans
- Window ledges and all reachable windows washed
- Light fixtures dusted and wiped down
- Baseboards and blinds dusted and cleaned (excluding fragile metal blinds)
- Spot washing of walls, hand rails and all touch points throughout the house
